Yooralla's Community Hubs provide supported group activities to adults to support a range of lifestyle skills and to promote choice and independence. Support is planned to complement the individual's existing informal supports – such as family, friends and other community members – to maximise opportunities for participation within the community, provide skill development and participate in recreational activities. Community Hubs provide a range of activities and programs facilitated within Yooralla premises or within the community.
