Gentle water exercise class in a heated pool specifically for pregnant women and new mothers. Focus on posture, stability, abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles. Some aerobics, stretching and relaxation. See website links for further infromation available. This activity has been rated as MODERATELY DIFFICULT for a beginner.
