When maintaining links with friends and the community becomes difficult, Social Day Programs are the answer to help you to stay active socially in your local community.
Social Day Programs are provided for frail aged persons or persons with a disability as well as their carers residing in The Hills Shire Local Government area.
Social Day Programs offer:
•Transport to and from programs
•Planned activities
•Monthly outings
•Companionship
•Fun and laughter
•Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
•Practical assistance as needed
•All programs are wheelchair accessible
Please Note: Persons residing outside The Hills Local Government Area will be required to arrange their own transport.
