The Day Hospice offers a day with a difference for those in our community with a life-threatening illness and their families.
The service operates on Mondays and Fridays between the hours of 9.00am - 4.00pm (except public holidays). It is staffed by experienced palliative care nurses and an activity officer who are well supported by trained volunteers.
The aim of the service is to provide a safe and supportive environment for palliative care clients to enjoy a range of activities, therapies, relaxation and give respite to carers or family members.
