Assistance with Care and Housing for the Aged (ACHA) program - support for financially disadvantaged frail aged people who are homeless or living in insecure accommodation and who are on the Intensive Rehabilitation Activity Program which includes gardening, woodwork, crafts, living skills and holistic support: EntryProcedures For men 25 years and over who are unemployed, retired or receive the Disability Support Pension. Referral required. Assessment required for admission into the Centre's program
