Lighten Up is an 8 -10 week course involving a 2 hour session once each week to motivate people to make healthy lifestyle changes. The program targets men and women over 18 who want to be more active, enjoy healthy food, cope with stress, manage their weight and improve their health and wellbeing. The program will provide information, knowledge and skills to help clients set and achieve new goals for long term health benefits. The course is free apart from the cost of the program booklet and the maximum number per program is 15 people. People who register to participate in the program are placed on a waiting list and contacted when a place is available.
