To assist with the process of accessing funding, individuals need to be registered with Disability Services Queensland (DSQ) eg for Adult Lifestyle Support program and Post School Services. To access supported employment through Endeavour, you need to talk to your local Centrelink office to find out if you are eligible.The Adult Lifestyle Support program assists people with disabilities to live in their own home and receive support from Endeavour Foundation to meet their individual needs and access the community. Post School Services funding assists young people to make the transition from school to adult life and develop the skills they need to participate in community life and take on adult roles in their families.
