Centre Based Day Respite, Community Access - Group, Residential Day Respite
The Centre-based day respite program, operates Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm and provides the opportunity for people who have been classified with any type of dementia or older people with compromised abilities, to have a social day in a safe environment, while their carer has a break from their daily caring role. Transport is available within the Byron Shire if required by either bus or car to enable people to get to and from the centre and regularly partake in social, creative, physical and cognitive enhancing activities
