Additional Information: Individual Counselling and Group Information Workshops assists with client budgeting advice, information on their rights and obligations as consumers, mediation and advocacy with creditors, referral to welfare organisations for additional support such as clothing and personal items, household goods and other assistance. Additional Information: Provides direct on-arrival support services to Humanitarian entrants that include airport reception and welcome, information and orientation, health assistance, case management, assistance with temporary on-arrival accommodation and permanent housing, education, training and employment needs. Ongoing assistance and support is also provided to migrants and refugees during their first five years of settlement in South Australia.: EntryProcedures The MRCSA provides a broad range of settlement services to migrant and refugee new arrivals, most of who are in their first five years of settlement. These are aimed at assisting them to adjust to life in Australia, to link and engage with available services and supports to further their independence and participation in all spheres of community life.: WaitingListDetails These include integrated humanitarian settlement services to refugee new arrivals, settlement services through the department of immigration and citizenship grants program, specialist services targeted at groups with specific needs (refugee women, young refugees at risk, families with children, refugee men and small and isolated groups) of new settlers in metropolitan and regional South Australia.
