Additional Information: The Whyalla Community Living Program provides psychosocial rehabilitation support to people aged 15 to 65 years with a mental illness in the rural city of Whyalla. The program assists participants to access and maintain long term housing, increase independent living skills, fully and actively participate in the community, address physical and mental health needs. See website links for further information available: EntryProcedures To be eligible for this service, participants must have complex needs affecting their ability to live independently, require support to establish and maintain an independent living environment that promotes good health and quality of life, have complex housing needs, homeless or at risk of homelessness or inappropriate unsustainable housing.: WaitingListDetails Clients must be referred to the program by Community Mental Health Services, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, Families SA, Housing SA or Glenside Hospital.
