Additional Information: The Older - Wiser - Stronger program offers a practical and emotional support service to men where the support worker can facilitate groups or meet with individuals to provide support in a variety of ways depending on the problems men are experiencing. These may be such things as Parenting issues, feelings of loneliness and isolation, financial pressures, stress, anger in relationships.

Additional Information: The Family Support Program aims to provide practical and emotional support to families in our community who are experiencing difficulties. A Family Support worker can visit families in their homes or meet with individuals or families at Graham House. The support worker will listen and talk through options and possible solutions to family or personal problems, offer ideas about handling stress, share ideas and skills about child behaviour and child development, parenting and home management issues, Assist families to link into other support groups and community resources where appropriate, develop special caring relationships with family members based on trust.
