We provide free hearing tests, selection and fitting of hearing aids, with annual charge for batteries and maintenance.
* Home visiting service is available to people medically unable to travel and with Doctors Referral letter.

Am I eligible?
You are eligible for a Hearing Services voucher if you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident aged 26 years or older and meet one of the following criteria.
You:
* hold a Pensioner Concession Card
* hold a Department of Veterans' Affairs Repatriation Health Card
* hold a Department of Veterans' Affairs White Repatriation Health Card specifying hearing loss
* receive a sickness allowance from Centrelink
* are a dependant of a person in one of the above categories
* are a member of the Australian Defence Forces
* are on a rehabilitation program with CRS Australia.
