providing on-site consultations to clients with chronic and complex wounds. Being available for other consultations and support via phone, email and teleconferencing etc. Facilitating relevant education and training to meet identified needs. Building capacity of staff by tailoring programs specific to each health service including mentoring, case conferences, small groups etc. Acting as a resource and assisting staff in networking to build support systems and encouraging staff in strategies to maximise best practice wound management within a contemporary evidence base.
