• Assessment and management of oral intake to achieve and maintain optimal nutritional status.
• Advice re: nutritional management of conditions. Eg Diabetes, constipation and wound healing to improve endurance, fatigue and optimise quality of life.
• Manage clients with tube (PEG) feeds under the Southern Health HENS program
• Assessment and management of clients with swallowing and feeding difficulties.

• Ensure you to contact HBAH OT for handover of information for outstanding SWEP
